Our pricing is simple and honest, just a flat hourly rate.  NO added "surprises"!

Beware of other companies claiming lower rates.  They usually end up adding extra charges, try to sell you parts you don't need, or take excessive time to do the repair, so they can rack up extra hours.


On-Site Hourly Rate =    $79/hour
In-Shop Hourly Rate =    $59/hour

Data backed up= $30 / 30GB

Services explained…….

Complete System Restore/Rebuild - Fresh Reinstall of Windows:

After 3 years or so, Windows starts to lose its performance and starts crashing and locking up.  This is actually "normal".
Reinstalling Windows returns your PC to it's original performance and clears up all the crashes and errors, in essence making it run like new. Do you need your data backed up? We can do it even if your PC won't start.

We'll also back up and restore all your data (files, pictures, music, etc.) and install free Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware software. 


Windows 7 Upgrades:
Windows Vista (in-place upgrade for PC's in good condition).
Windows XP (requires data backup, disk reformat and full reinstall).

Virus & Spyware Removal:
* Additional Microsoft and/or antivirus software licensing fees may apply.


General Repairs and Maintenance

We repair both hardware and software problems on both PC's and Laptops.  Whether you need a part replaced or an entire custom computer built, we've got you covered!

Most repairs are actually due to software problems.  Windows has a habit of deteriorating over time, creating all kinds of problems such as lockups or slow performance.  We can analyze your system and find what's causing your problems. 

Sometimes, just a good cleaning and tuning of your system will result in greatly improved performance.


Software/Hardware Installation and Upgrades

We provide PC software/hardware installation, operating system installation or upgrade, memory upgrades, storage upgrades, printer and digital camera setups, firewalls, security, etc.

In addition, we make sure that each installation or upgrade is configured the right way to provide the best performance and reliability.


Data Backup and Recovery

Disasters can happen. If you are suddenly faced with a crashed hard drive or a stolen computer, will you have a backup of all your data? Many people never think about backups until it's too late.
 
We can provide a comprehensive backup system and a detailed disaster recovery plan to protect your data and minimize your downtime.
 
Some early warning signs of hard drive failure are:

  •  Strange noises from the hard disk - high pitched whining, grinding or clicking noises.
  •  Error messages on startup or failure to start
  •  Losing data - files are suddenly missing or corrupted.
  •  Frequent computer freezes - the whole computer stops responding.

These symptoms often indicate imminent hard drive failure and should be investigated right away. The best advice is to stop using the computer as soon as possible and give us a call!  This will provide the best chance of recovering your information.
